Freitragender, automatischer Schutzvorhang für Roboterarbeitsplätze.

Die Ausführung ist standardmäßig in zwei Längen möglich 4100mm und 2850mm.
Weitere Abmessungen auf Anfrage.

Die Spannungsversorgung von 24 Volt Gleichstrom erfolgt grundsätzlich vom Roboterschaltschrank aus, wo auch die Ausgänge verkabelt werden. Der Antrieb erfolgt über Druckluft ca 6 bar.

Dieser Schutzvorhang dient als Blendschutz und nicht als Zugangsschutz für die Roboterzelle.
Zugangsschutz = Lichtschranke, die bei Unterbrechung auch den Vorhang anhält

Die gesamt Konstruktion entspricht der aktuellen Maschinenrichtlinie.
